RESPONSIBILITIES IN BLUELINK:

- Ensures effective overall management of BlueLink in line with the mission and philosophy of the organisation, in the areas of activities development and maintenance, human resources, finances, projects execution.

- Develops and designs BlueLink’s activities and operation in line with the mission, action and programme areas of the organisation, and in response to the needs of the community and the interest of natural environment.

- Represents the organisation formally according the Bulgarian legislation and in the relationships with BlueLink partners, donors, etc.

- Liaises with clients, donors, authorities, etc. to ensure that BlueLink obtains the financial resources necessary to maintain and develop its activities and operation.

- Establishes and maintains sound financial procedures and policies in line with Bulgarian and international legislation and accurate and timely financial planning and ongoing monitoring of plans and budgets.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Since January 2004 – Executive Director of BlueLink Information Network
- January 1998 - December 2003 – Executive Director, Financial Manager, Project Manager of TIME - Ecoprojects Foundation

EDUCATION ATTAINED:
Master degree from The University of National and World Economy, Sofia
Management and Economy of Agriculture
Bachelor degree from The University of National and World Economy, Sofia
