Conservation Legislation Violations of the New Ski Runs Project in the Pirin National Park, Bulgaria

For the construction of the approved ski runs (a ski run with a start the upper station of the Todorka ski rope and a final - Bunderishka Polyana; the ski runs Shiligarnik 1 and Plateau North), all of them being in the forest zone, it will be necessary to do clear cutting, which is a violation of art. 21, paragraph 3 of the Protected Areas Act which forbids clear cutting on the territory of National Parks.
