Cassandra Sert

Cassandra Sert is a LL.M graduate with 4+ years of experience in the New Information and Communication Technology (NICT) industry, advising on IT/IP legal issues, with clients ranging from private investors to global enterprises. More specifically, she is a legal and compliance professional specializing in data protection, cybersecurity, and intellectual property laws. Currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria, she brings extensive international academic credentials and practical legal experience to her role.

Cassandra holds a Professional Master 2 in Data Protection Law and is currently pursuing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE). Her academic portfolio includes an Executive MBA from the IGS Group, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of Turin in collaboration with WIPO and ILO. Her professional experience spans legal internships at the EUIPO in Spain (Intellectual Property Law), at the EDC Association in France (Taxation Law), and at the BCR Law firm in the UK (Tort Law).

As of April 2026, she joined the BlueLink Foundation as an Associate Legal Analyst to proactively contribute to the organisation's primary aim of supporting democracy, the environment, and the values of a United Europe.
