Support study to the report on the application of Directive 2014/40/EU Final report

This is the Final Report of the Support study to the report on the application of Directive 2014/40/EU, comissioned by DG Sante to gather facts on the effectiveness, applicability, efficiency and coherence of the EU Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40. Served as basis for The Tobacco Products Directive: 2021 Application Report , published on 20.05.2020 by the EC here. The support study was performed by a consortium led by ICF S.A. and Rand Europe. Leading scientists from Kings College in London also took part in the consortium. Co-authors from BlueLink: Pavel Antonov, PhD, and Plamen Peev, PhD.
